Trangia Accessories


Depending on you camping/hiking needs there are many trangia accessories to enhance the usefulness of your equipment. Below are just a few of these, from adapters to enable different types of fuel to be used with your stove, to sturdy fuel bottles to ensure safe storage of flammable fuel.

The trangia fuel bottle provides an effective and safe solution for storing the methylated spirits. It ensures that the flammable fuel is sealed in a robust plastic bottle with no fuel leakage. There are two sizes, the 1L and 500ml capacity. The screw pouring cap allows easy precise pouring without airlocks forming and spilling fuel. Under typical usage for breakfast, evening meal, a couple of hot drinks, a 500ml trangia fuel bottle tends to last 1 week for one person.

If you tend to camp more of the beaten track, the multi-fuel burner accessory may be a welcome addition to your camping stove. The multifuel burner allows the burning of not just methylated spirits in your trangia stove but unleaded petrol/kerosene and paraffin as well. This is idea for more extreme conditions where it may be more difficult to get hold of alcohol fuel or if you are looking for a better heat output to fuel ratio.

You can go back to your childhood and have a tea party with the cute baby trangia kettle. It is more effective than heating water over an open pan therefore saving fuel. It is just enough to make a cup of tea in the morning. The handle is covered in plastic to stop you burning yourself when pouring from the kettle.

The trangia gas burner is an excellent addition to the Trangia kit allowing the use of bottled gas. Using the gas burner helps reduce the boiling time particularly, however, this attachment is bulker than the compact methylated spirit burner. The gas burner is designed for the Trangia 25 and 27 series as it sits in the lower windshield area as a replacement to the burner unit.
